As a reminder, in accordance with the Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Texas (BCBSTX) Hospital Acquired Condition policy, please be sure you are filing the Present on Admission Indicators on your inpatient hospital claims.  The BlueChoice Facility Manual has additional information regarding this policy under Section M.
