Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Texas (BCBSTX) producers who are appointed and contracted can now access commission statements online using a new reporting tool for viewing, printing and saving commission reports.
The tool, called TrueInformation®, is available through Blue Access for Producers (BAP) and provides producers with new capabilities and advantages. You can:
- View monthly summary and detail commission statements for group and Under-65 individual business
- Export commission data to Excel® or PDF
- Choose from multiple viewing and saving formats
- Set personal preferences for using the tool
User support for TrueInformation includes the Internet Help Desk, a comprehensive user guide in BAP, a link to a pre-recorded presentation and online help in the new tool.
