Blue Access® for Employers Enhancements and New Features Now Available

At Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Texas, we constantly examine our customers' online experience to identify new and/or improved features and functionality that make maintaining accounts more easy and efficient. Your clients can take advantage of these recent enhancements in Blue Access for Employers:

Court Order Dependents

This feature gives ASO groups the ability to add court-ordered dependents during an Employee or Dependent Add.

Allow Entry of Missing Dependent Social Security Numbers (SSN)

Your clients can now use Update Personal Details to enter a dependent's missing SSN. Please note that SSN corrections cannot be performed.
