Wellness Incentives

A customized wellness incentives program is now available for Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Texas employer groups. To familiarize yourself with this program, please view the Employer Guide to Wellness Incentives brochure and Employer Guide to Member Activities flier.

Limited incentives are available to group sizes 2 - 150. Incentives for these market segments are available in prepackaged plans marketed under the BlueEdge Wellness Rewards HCA products.
